HomeGrown cannot guarantee that leads will be received in a certain time period. We will guarantee the priority of leads received. Example: Agent A places an order for leads in Texas. Agent B places an order after Agent A for leads in the same geography. Agent A will receive all of the leads in that geography before Agent B. Thus, once an order for leads is signed and paid for, HomeGrown WILL NOT issue a refund if it takes longer than expected to complete the lead order. If you require leads in a certain time period, please let your HomeGrown sales representative know before signing the agreement.
