We do our best to ensure the quality of each lead we send you. We try to error check as much of the information that is submitted on the leads as possible.

However, it is impossible to catch every possible error.

We will accept a return for a lead under the following circumstances:
  • There is a incorrect phone number or the person named as the prospect did not sign up for the lead.
  • The prospect is uninsurable. Uninsurable means that no carrier in the U.S. or Canada will cover the prospect.
    NOTE: If you are contracted to represent products from only one carrier, and your carrier cannot insure the prospect, the lead is still valid. You cannot return a lead if it can be covered by another carrier.
  • Another agent signed up to check out the system.

    We WILL NOT accept a lead return after calendar days of it being shipped to the agent.

    The essence of our return policy is that we try to connect you with people who are interested in more purchasing life insurance. Even though the prospect is searching the market for product, we cannot guarantee that they will purchase anything from you.


    Most people who request a quote for life insurance leads are genuinely interested in a call from an agent. There is the odd person who plays a prank on our website.

    How do I return a lead?
    On the bottom the email lead that we send to you is a link to our lead return page. There our system gives you different reason codes to choose from.

    How will this return affect your order?
    If you return a lead via our website it is automatically credited to your account.

    Understanding that this return policy is on an honour system, we do spot check the returns to make sure that your returns are valid.
